The Transactions page in your Paydios dashboard gives you a complete record of every payment that has been initiated through your merchant account. You can filter and search the list, inspect individual transactions, issue refunds, and export data for accounting or reconciliation purposes.

Transaction statuses

Every transaction in Paydios has a status that reflects its current state in the payment lifecycle:
A disputed transaction is not the same as a refunded one. A dispute is initiated by the customer’s bank, not by you. See the Disputes page for how to respond to and manage chargebacks.

Viewing the transaction list

Log in to merchant.paydios.io and select Transactions from the left sidebar. The list shows all transactions in reverse chronological order with the following columns: Click any row to open the full transaction detail view.

Filtering transactions

Use the filters at the top of the transaction list to narrow the results:
Select one or more statuses from the Status dropdown: paid, pending, failed, refunded, partial_refund, or disputed. The list updates immediately to show only matching transactions.
Use the Date filter to set a start and end date. For example, select the current calendar month to prepare a monthly reconciliation report.
Set a minimum and/or maximum amount in the Amount filter to find transactions within a specific value range. Amounts are filtered in the currency of your merchant account.
Type a customer name, email address, or transaction ID into the search bar to jump directly to a specific record.

Transaction detail view

Clicking a transaction opens the detail view, which includes:
  • Transaction ID and Session ID
  • Customer name, email, and billing address
  • Payment method (card type, last four digits)
  • Amount, currency, and status
  • Timestamps — created, updated, and settled dates
  • Refund history — any partial or full refunds applied to this transaction
  • Dispute status — if a dispute has been opened, a link to the dispute detail

Issuing a refund

Open the transaction

Find the transaction in the list and click it to open the detail view.
2

Click Refund

Click the Refund button in the top-right corner of the transaction detail panel.
3

Choose full or partial refund

Enter the amount to refund. For a full refund, the field is pre-filled with the original transaction amount. For a partial refund, enter the specific amount to return.
4

Confirm

Click Confirm refund. The transaction status updates to refunded or partial_refund. The customer receives the funds according to their payment method’s standard processing time.
Refunds cannot be reversed once confirmed. Verify the amount before confirming.

Exporting transactions

Export your transaction data as a CSV file for use in accounting software, reconciliation spreadsheets, or your own reporting pipelines.
1

Apply filters (optional)

Filter the transaction list to the date range, status, or other criteria you want to export. The export will include exactly the records currently shown in the filtered view.
2

Click Export

Click the Export button at the top-right of the transaction list.
3

Receive the file

Paydios generates the CSV and sends a download link to the email address associated with your merchant account. Large exports may take a few minutes to prepare.
The exported CSV includes the following columns:

Understanding failed transactions

A failed status means the payment was not completed. Common causes include:
  • Card declined by the issuing bank
  • Insufficient funds
  • Incorrect card details entered by the customer
  • 3D Secure authentication failure
  • Card expired
Failed transactions do not result in any charge to the customer. The customer can retry by starting a new checkout session. No funds are held or collected for failed transactions.
If you see a high rate of failed transactions from a specific card type or country, contact help@paydios.io to review your payment method configuration.
