Creating a payment link

Log in to the merchant dashboard
Navigate to merchant.paydios.io and sign in to your account.

Navigate to Payment Links
In the left-hand sidebar, click Payment Links to open the links management screen.

Click New Payment Link
Select New Payment Link in the top-right corner to open the link builder.

Configure your link
Fill in the payment details:
- Amount — fixed charge or let the customer enter their own amount
- Currency — choose from 135+ supported currencies
- Description / Product name — shown to the customer at checkout
- Success URL — where to redirect the customer after a successful payment
- Failure URL — where to redirect on a failed or cancelled payment
- Expiry date — optionally set a date after which the link stops accepting payments

Copy and share the link
Click Generate Link. Copy the URL that appears — it is live and ready to share immediately.
What you can customize
Every Payment Link supports the following configuration options:- Fixed or variable amount — charge a set price or let the payer enter any amount
- Currency — any of the 135+ currencies supported by Paydios
- Description or product name — displayed prominently on the checkout page
- Success and failure redirect URLs — control where the customer lands after checkout
- Link expiry date — automatically deactivate the link after a specific date
- Optional product attachment — link a product from your Paydios product catalogue
Sharing your link
Once generated, you can distribute your Payment Link through any channel:- Email — paste the link directly into a message or invoice email
- SMS — send a short payment request to a customer’s phone
- Embed as a button — wrap the link in an anchor tag on any HTML page
- Social media — share on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram bio, or any platform
- QR code — generate a QR code from the link for print materials, invoices, or events
Tracking payments
Every Payment Link has its own analytics view inside the dashboard. Select any link to see:- Views — total times the checkout page was opened
- Conversions — number of successful payments
- Total collected — gross revenue attributed to this link
- Individual transactions — each payment with its timestamp, amount, and status
Payment Links use the same hosted checkout as the API integration. Every payment method supported by Paydios — including cards, digital wallets, cryptocurrencies, PIX, and Klarna BNPL — is available to your customers through a Payment Link.
